No, there are no hidden costs. We try to be as upfront as possible with our pricing so that you know exactly what you are paying for. View Our Prices to see our prices. If you require any advanced functionality on your website it may be that you have to pay extra for this, however all costs will be fully explained to you before you pay.

A domain name is a unique address which points to your website such as We can buy your domain name and this will be included in your package at no extra cost. In consultation with you we will choose the most appropriate domain name for your business.

In most cases we can simply point the A-Record of your domain to our server and you retain full control of your domain. However if you prefer, we can transfer your domain name from an old provider to us at no extra cost to your package.

Yes you will be able to have any prefixes attached to your domain name. For example [email protected] . Please note that the email address(es) we set you up with will be a forwarding email address meaning any emails that are sent to that address will be automatically forwarded on to the email address you currently use.  We can setup real email addresses through our preferred provider at an additional monthly management fee to cover the administration of the domain.

Web hosting is the process of renting some web space in order to publish your website online. We will host your website with our dedicated web hosting company and this will be included in your monthly package at no extra cost.

It is very easy to cancel any hosting that you have paid for with another company. It is common for businesses to inadvertently pay for hosting when they are buying a domain name and such hosting is often very expensive.

In some cases we will be able to make changes to your current website to improve it. However most of the time it is just as easy to build a new website which you are much happier with. If there are aspects of your site that you want to keep we will of course ensure that they are on your new site.

You can easily change the content of any pages or posts on your web site. This is as easy as using Microsoft Word. For example you may want to change your prices, opening times or menu. You will be provided with login details which will allow you access to all of your pages online and we will provide you with details and support to make these changes. If you prefer to email or telephone any changes these will of course be dealt with promptly.

If you are already using social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Flickr we can easily add feeds and links to and from your new web site. If you would like to know more about how to use social media to add to your publicity we will be happy to help you with this.

Yes we do. If you would like a shop adding to your site later this is something we can do.

Yes, we always recommend you take your own backups we will take backups for our hosting clients but there is no warranty offered that we will have a correct backup. You can opt for an updraft backup plan which we will supply update and setup updraft for your backups.
